The lease is (33 acres) the surrounding oil wells came in at 156 bbl/24, they have all been plugged. They all lasted over 20 years, they were drilled in the 1950’s. Lease is: Operator 87.5% Landowner 12.5%. I’m looking for $25k for this lease or 1/32 or 3.125 % over ride from the oil well. I believe this oil well will come in over 150 bbls with no water.
