We are selling our “Know How” relative to the one of the future most important crops that will be implemented in Europe, the bamboo plantations.

With a bamboo plantation you can produce cellulose, wood, human food, animal food, polymers, alcohol, charcoal, textile fibber and more different market lines.

My company has dedicated 5 years in the development, research and in the implementation of the bamboo inside Europe, 3 how startup and 2 how constituted company and now we are looking to sell our Know How, including the bamboo varieties, our experiences, studies and investigations relative to the bamboo crops, the exploitation, treatments and transformations, because we have no financial possibilities to develop the business. We are offering also one entire year of assistance from myself to guarantee the Know How total absorption.

The bamboo crop is a really renewable and lucrative resource that no needs any kind of replanting/reinvestment after the harvest and can be harvested for more than 35 years continuously, year after year with annual productions of 150 green metric tons. With only one investment you can guarantee the entire supply of any kind of biomass facility inside Europe, removing problems related to logistics and laws from another countries in each international supply operation. You can have your own crop at the side of your power biomass plant (it is only an example).

The price is discussable and we can include into the sale a clause of exclusivity in the development of everything inside Europe.

This business represents a “blue sea” inside Europe because not have any competence, we are the only one company dedicated exclusively in the research and in the implementation of the bamboo crops inside Europe. This suppose a big market opportunity with the right owner. We have the possibility also to bring access to lands inside Spain to develop this project (more than 3.000 hectares of land) and our knowledge to implement it in each market line.
