35’ x 55’ barn frame kit. The barn is over 100 years old and the frame is as solid as can be. Frame Timbers are hand hewn ranging in size from 10” x 9” to 7” x 7” and from 35’ long to 50’ long. Cosmetically it has a board or two missing and a door that fell but other then that it is in very nice condition. We will be dismantling the frame piece by piece and tagging everything so that it may be put back together as a kit. All the beams from the frame will be power washed and treated for any bugs. Any whitewash or dirt will be cleaned off when the power washing takes place. This building would make for a great barn to home conversion, addition to a winery, new conference center, dance hall or just about anything you want to make it.
