    Based on available reports, the Singapore Exchange (SGX) saw a very low number of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in 2024.
    * Only four companies went public on the SGX in 2024.
    * All four of these listings were on the Catalist board of the SGX.
    * The total funds raised by these four IPOs were relatively small, amounting to approximately US31.4 million (S42.4 million) or US30 million (S40.55 million) according to different reports.
    * The largest IPO on the SGX in 2024 was Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine Holdings, which raised about US$19.5 million.
    * The other IPOs included:
    * Food Innovators Holdings (Japanese restaurant operator)
    * Attika Group (commercial interior decoration and engineering firm)
    * Goodwill Entertainment Holding Limited (karaoke chain operator)
    Compared to other Southeast Asian exchanges like Bursa Malaysia and the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the SGX’s IPO activity in 2024 was significantly lower. There were no IPOs on the SGX Mainboard in 2024.
    However, reports suggest a brighter outlook for IPO activity on the SGX in 2025.
