It’s currently May 8, 2025, so we can look at companies that have been delisted from the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) so far in 2025.
Based on the available information:
* TERNA ENERGY S.A. was delisted from the ATHEX trading systems on Friday, May 2nd, 2025. This followed the decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the acquisition of 100% of the company’s stock by Masdar, a UAE-based clean energy leader.
While other companies may be in the process of or considering delisting, TERNA ENERGY S.A. is the only confirmed company to have completed the delisting process from ATHEX as of today’s date.
It’s worth noting that changes to the ATHEX Rulebook are being implemented, which may affect listing requirements and potentially lead to further delistings in the future. The revised framework for ongoing free float, suspension, and delisting applies to existing listed issuers as of July 1, 2025.
