Lynq, which was formed in April 2025, is integrating with Fireblocks, a digital asset infrastructure provider, to facilitate institutional access to its real-time, yield-bearing settlement network for digital assets. This network is scheduled to go live in 2025.
Developed through a collaboration between Arca Labs, Tassat Group, and tZERO Group, Lynq aims to address challenges in digital asset settlement, such as market fragmentation, counterparty risk, and evolving regulatory frameworks. It is designed to offer institutional clients real-time settlement and the ability to earn yield on their assets.
Fireblocks is joining Lynq as a launch partner, and their integration will allow Fireblocks’ clients to access Lynq’s network through the Fireblocks interface for settlement activities, on-ramping to exchanges, and creating and redeeming with stablecoin partners. This partnership also seeks to accelerate the onboarding of key counterparties and explore additional capabilities like delivery-vs-payment (DvP) functionality and advanced treasury management.
Lynq’s operations are supported by a legal framework that leverages tZERO’s Broker-Dealer and Special Purpose Broker-Dealer licenses, as well as Arca’s Registered Investment Adviser and Delaware Trust. The network is powered by a tokenized treasury fund, the Arca Institutional U.S. Treasury Fund (TFND), which issues shares as digital asset securities.
