BSE (formerly Bombay Stock Exchange), Asia’s first and largest stock exchange, has announced a strategic partnership with CtrlS Datacenters Ltd, Asia’s largest Rated-4 data center operator. This collaboration is set to power BSE’s critical digital infrastructure, which is responsible for processing over 700 crore (7 billion) transactions daily and serving more than 11 crore (110 million) investors.
The partnership underscores the vital role of robust and reliable data center infrastructure in maintaining market integrity, ensuring transaction security, and providing seamless access to financial services in the era of electronic trading. CtrlS Datacenters will provide the necessary technological foundation for BSE’s mission-critical operations, aligning with BSE’s vision for sustainable growth.
Both BSE and CtrlS emphasized the importance of world-class technology capable of supporting high-volume, critical transactions with uncompromising reliability, microsecond-level performance, and ironclad security.
