Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring the health and integrity of the service.

* Collaborating with technology support and various business units (Sales, Product, PMO, COO).
* Engaging with external stakeholders including clients, trade venues, and clearing houses.
Team Role
The Senior Associate will act as the single point of contact and first level of service for customers, aiming to ensure a positive experience and resolve queries and issues effectively.

Qualifications
* Experience: 3-5 years in a middle-office or similar role within an investment bank, institutional investment manager, clearing organization, or similar financial institution.
* Product Knowledge: Practical experience supporting Interest Rate Derivative Products.
* Skills:
* Excellent communication (oral and written).
* Ability to understand the technical complexity of the full end-to-end trade process (execution to confirmation to clearing).
* Strong risk mindset.
* Analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Strong computational skills (e.g., MS Excel).
* Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Proactive, driven, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Advantageous: Basic knowledge of central clearing, especially LCH SwapClear.
