IM Cannabis Corp. (NASDAQ: IMCC) (CSE: IMCC), an international medical cannabis company, has announced its intention to voluntarily delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). The last day of trading on the CSE is expected to be June 2, 2025.
The company’s shares will continue to be listed and traded on the NASDAQ under the ticker “IMCC.”
IM Cannabis stated several reasons for this decision:
    * Facilitating potential transactions: The company is considering transactions that would incur unnecessary costs, approvals, and delays if it maintained a dual listing on the CSE.
    * Low trading volume on CSE: IM Cannabis believes the trading volume of its shares on the CSE no longer justifies the expenses, administrative efforts, and regulatory burdens associated with maintaining a dual listing.
    * Centralizing market presence: Delisting from the CSE is expected to create a central marketplace for its shares on NASDAQ, which the company believes will benefit long-term liquidity and shareholder value.
    * Cost reduction: Consolidating to a single listing on NASDAQ will reduce administrative costs and regulatory burdens.
IM Cannabis operates in the medical cannabis markets of Israel and Germany and has previously exited the Canadian market to focus on these key regions. The company emphasizes its commitment to responsible growth and compliance with strict regulatory frameworks.
