As of early June 2025, the total dollar value of all homes currently for sale in the USA is approximately $698 billion. This is an all-time high, up 20.3% from a year ago.
It’s important to note that this figure represents the value of homes listed for sale, not the total value of the entire U.S. housing market (which is significantly higher, nearing $50 trillion).Video courtesy of Eurex
