We are seeking a Client Services Analyst for a well-known bank in New York City who will monitor client accounts and identify and escalate issues. The ideal candidate for this role would have excellent communication and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
Client Services Analyst Responsibilities:
Manage movements and transfers of trust and agency funds based on legal contract terms
Ensure departmental and firm policies are adhered to
Provide excellent client service
Conduct setup of new project finance transactions and ensure TAS compliance
Work on identifying and resolving issues with account manager
Conduct client follow-up as needed
Complete annual client KYC audit
Client Services Analyst Requirements:
Bachelors degree and background in the finance industry including internships
Excellent client and internal communication skills
Good judgment and ability to work diplomatically with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of KYC principles
Ability to excel in a time-sensitive and dynamic environment
This Client Services Analyst position is an entry-level consulting opportunity in New York City. It is offered at an annualized rate of $50,000 ($25 per hour) and is expected to last 5 months.
