Analyst/Associate
I am working with a top Investment Bank in New York City that is actively looking for 1 Analyst to join their Corporate Finance Advisory & Solutions team. This is a great opportunity for any talented generalist candidate that works in Corporate Finance or Investment Banking to join an excellent team that is constantly growing. The role will involve the following:
- Perform in-depth company, financial and industry analysis and due diligence
- Financial modeling and comparable analyses, and data feed capture and analyses
- Assist in transaction evaluation, preparation, due diligence and execution
- Aiding in new client relationships with strong advisory skills
- Develop and prepare comprehensive marketing proposals/pitch presentations that rely on significant analysis
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding Corporate Finance Advisory team that is led by a well respected MD in the market. My client will only consider the following types of candidates:
- Prior experience with a top tier Investment Bank
- Credit, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and decision making skills
- A strong foundation in Corporate Finance theory, capital markets, derivatives and risk analysis
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- M&A origination, financial modeling, and/or acquisition finance structuring experience
