The position is a junior Data Management Business Analyst who will work on a large reference data project. The ideal candidate for the role would be highly energetic with excellent documentation experience.
Data Management Business Analyst Responsibilities:
Create requirements definitions, workflows and time frames
Analyze client data and execute data profiling, mapping and analysis
Conduct security reference data analysis
Work with senior business analyst and other team members to identify requirements and test cases
Conduct research into existing processes and anticipate future needs
Data Management Business Analyst Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 5+ years experience in financial services
Prior background in management consulting preferred
Knowledge of documentation software, data mapping and test cases, including JAD methodology
Dynamic team player with excellent communication skills
Ability to think creatively to solve problems
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
This Data Management Business Analyst role is a consulting opportunity in New York City. It is offered at an annualized rate of $95,000 ($380 daily). It is expected to last at least six months.
