Head of RFP & Client Services – New York City
A leading US Investment Management firm are looking to recruit a Head of Client Service and RFP into their offices in NYC. The
position will be responsible for winning new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients.
The role will take on team lead responsibilities and will oversee 3-4 Knowledge Management Associates.
Salary – Highly Competitive
Responsibilities will include:
– Responsible for existing client relationships as well as winning new business
– Manage investment and operational content
– Provide training to junior members of the team alongside mentoring responsibilities
– Liaise across multiple departments as a key business head
– Coordinate cross business objectives
Skills/Experience:
– Candidates should possess 5+ years with responsibility managing investment content, dealing with RFPs, meeting tight client-driven deadlines, executing a management platform and developing junior staff.
– Candidates must show excellent interpersonal and professional experience and should possess accomplished writing skills
