We are seeking an Income and Expense Analyst to join the team tasked with process control on product sales located in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate for this role would be a process master and would be able to work to implement procedures for system enhancements.
Income and Expense Analyst Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain rates of commission, brokerage and interest
Validate and ensure payment is authorized for monthly fee invoices
Provide subject matter expertise regarding new process implementation and technology convergence
Identify and work to mitigate root cause of recurring issues
Liaise with technology teams to resolve system problems and implement additional improvements
Establish relationships with business partners, technology and other operations units
Income and Expense Analyst Requirements:
Bachelors degree and at least 2 years background in finance industry
Knowledge of financial products including equities, options and futures
Ability to negotiate effectively with internal groups
Strong desire to learn and enthusiastic to hit the ground running
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail with risk management skills
This Income and Expense Analyst position is a consulting opportunity at a well-known firm in Jersey City, NJ. It is offered at an annualized rate of $58,000 ($29 per hour) and is expected to last 10 months.
