We are seeking an Information Risk Project Manager to join the team for an investment bank in Pittsburgh. This role requires someone who can push the project forward while adhering to compliance processes and accepted policies. The ideal candidate would have excellent project management skills with a PMP certification preferred, as well as a history of managing development, enhancement, modification and support of technologies.
Information Risk Project Manager Responsibilities:
Manage all stages of project including planning, organization and implementation
Lead project by providing direction and control of work, as well as conduct monitoring of critical path and implementing necessary corrective action
Ensure current standards, quality assurance and compliance policies are adhered to
Communicate on project status to stakeholders and program management, manage expectations
Oversee daily activities including risk mitigation, team meetings, and status reports
Work to proactively identify problems and resolve through escalation or negotiation as appropriate
Information Risk Project Manager Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 10+ years experience in project management with 7+ years experience in finance
Excellent PM skills required, PMP preferred
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal proficiency to liaise with various stakeholders
Ability to work independently within technology areas
Ability to manage a team and ensure deliverables are on time and on budget
This Information Risk Project Manager position is a consulting opportunity in Pittsburgh for a well-known investment bank. It is offered at an annualized salary of $140,000 ($70 per hour) and is expected to last 3 months.
