Applied Card Systems is seeking college graduates interested in a challenging and rewarding career in the Credit Card Banking industry as a full-time Management Trainee at our Glen Mills, PA corporate office. The Management Trainee will be responsible for learning and executing functional knowledge obtained from each of the operational areas of the organization through the Customer Life Cycle. During this rotational program, the Management Trainee will obtain the necessary skills and competencies to effectively perform a variety of operational and support functions, and will be considered for management opportunities within the organization based on the Management Trainee’s demonstrated skills and abilities, as well as business need at the conclusion of the program.
The Management Trainee will:
·Obtain and demonstrate knowledge of all Bank products, systems and programs and understand regulatory and legal compliance obligations of the organization in servicing its Customers;
· Learn the operational and support processes through the entire Customer Life Cycle: Marketing and Customer Acquisition, Customer Assistance and Customer Account Services, Credit Operations, Merchant Services, Payment Processing, Accounting Operations and Operational Risk Management; and
·Develop leadership management skills operational excellence, managing partnerships, identifying and minimizing risk, associate development and proficiency, building and fostering and retaining customer relationships through Excellent Customer Service.
Required Qualifications:
·Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation date between May 2012 and December 2013
·Minimum GPA of 3.0
·The ability to develop and maintain customer relationships through superior customer service
·Availability to work a 40 hour work week and flexible schedule.
