We are recruiting for a Securities Operations Analyst to join the operations team of a large bank in Salt Lake City. This role requires an organized and analytical team player who is detail and process oriented.
Securities Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
Conduct contract compare for all currently open contracts
Process domestic and international securities market to markets
Communicate across multiple business units and with clients
Build and analyze daily risk reports
Monitor collateral exposure daily
Conduct review of current processes and identify and recommend potential mitigating initiatives
Liaise with senior management and trading desks to improve processes
Securities Operations Analyst Requirements:
Bachelors degree and knowledge of finance industry
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Team player with excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
Organized and able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
This Securities Operations Analyst position is an entry-level consulting opportunity with a top firm in Salt Lake City. It is offered at an annualized salary of $34,000 ($17 per hour) and is expected to last six months.
