Senior Private Banker; USPrivate Bank; Florida
My client is a Global Private Bank based in Miami and is now looking for a senior candidate with at least 10 years experience in Private banking / Wealth management to join one of their Florida offices, focusing on Miami, Boca and Ft. Lauderdale.
My client is well known in the global market and easily marketable to current and prospective clients in the region. In this role you would be responsible for managing clients within the private bank and also contributing to the sales target therefore if the candidate has existing relationships this will be an advantage, however a book of business to transition is not mandatory. You will be charged with utilizing your local market contact base to build a book of business. Experience with HNW / UHNW clients from the US Domestic market (mainly in Florida) and the ability to have a strategic mindset to drive a team to succeed is mandatory.
–They have the ability to be very focused in the market and have an excellent bonus structure that enables the candidate to be rewarded generously for the clients they can bring into the bank on top of a base salary.
–They are also able to compensate for any bonus lost from the candidate current company to entice a move as soon as possible.
The position is based in Florida therefore previous experience working in the region will be an advantage. My client has, as its largest shareholder, one of the worlds largest corporations, and therefore has a stellar reputation and is able to stand on this backing with the top tier firms. This reputation is constantly growing and is the reason for my client becoming aggressively active in the market and looking for senior profiles to help capitalize on this growth. This is an exciting challenge and requires commitment for at least 5 years. My client is also open to a team move.
